তেতুলিয়া বাংলাদেশের পঞ্চগড় জেলার অন্তর্গত বাংলাদেশের সর্বউত্তরের একটি উপজেলা। তেতুলিয়া উপজেলায় সাতটি ইউনিয়ন আছে। ইউনিয়ন গুলো হচ্ছেঃ- ১নং বাংলাবান্ধা ইউনিয়ন, ২নং তিরনইহাট ইউনিয়ন, ৩নং তেতুলিয়া ইউনিয়ন ৪নং শালবাহান ইউনিয়ন, ৫নং বুড়াবুড়ি ইউনিয়ন, ৬নং ভজনপুর ইউনিয়ন, এবং ৭নং দেবনগর ইউনিয়ন।
এ উপজেলা বাংলাদেশের প্রাচীনতম থানার গুলোর মধ্য একটি থানা। ইংরেজ আমলে এ থানা ভারতের জলপাইগুড়ির অধীনে ছিল। প্রশাসন তেতুলিয়া থানা সৃষ্টি ১৮৫৭ সালে এবং থানাকে উপজেলা রুপান্তর করা হয় ১৯৯৩ সালে। ৭টি ইউনিয়ন ২৪২টি গ্রাম নিয়ে তেতুলিয়া গঠিত।
